Guest Room Attendant

Join our awesome hotel team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in providing an impeccable guest experience. This department is under NEW SUPERVISION and we are seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and possess a keen eye for detail. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will ensure the highest level of cleanliness and tidiness throughout our property, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. WEEKENDS are a MUST! Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces in guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces. Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, and ensure a hygienic environment. Handle guest requests promptly and with a friendly demeanor, striving to exceed their expectations. Adhere to established hotel procedures and protocols to ensure safety and security standards are maintained. Work with the maintenance team to report any issues or damages that require attention. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests, colleagues, and management. Qualifications: Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required. We welcome motivated individuals who are willing to learn and grow. Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
