Need local to Texas location
Role: Java developer
Location: Austin, TX.
Experience: 8-10 years
Client is asking for only for local resources who can work onsite and is not short listing any non-local candidates for interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Java/J2EE.Requirement Translation: Convert business needs into technical specifications and defect-free code.
- Testing: Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Code Review: Participate in peer reviews to maintain coding standards.
- Problem Solving: Debug and resolve defects efficiently.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation for applications and processes.📌 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Strong knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.Hands-on with version control tools (Git, SVN).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
⭐ Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Microservices architecture.
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).
