Dental, medical, healthcare, or retail management experience is preferredKnowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferredExcellent time management and analytical skills with the ability to quickly resolve issuesExcellent communication skills with both the team and patientsProficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental softwareCurrent CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.An equal opportunity employer and an advocate for diversity and inclusion
