Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Post-Closing Specialist to join our mortgage team.In this role, you will be:Responsible for reviewing and auditing closed loan files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all documents meet investor and compliance requirements, tracking recorded documents, and managing trailing documentation.Work closely with title companies, investors, and internal teams to resolve any file deficiencies and ensure a smooth loan delivery process.Qualifications:Experience in mortgage, banking, or a related financial fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with loan origination systems and mortgage compliance guidelinesAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
