Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Healthcare Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Manager Location: Citrus Heights, California Pay Range: $55 What's the Job? Lead mid to large-scale projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Support the management of highly complete deliverables across multiple teams, maintaining quality standards. Identify and raise risks with accurate mitigation and contingency plans to prevent project setbacks. Lead high-stakes, visible project, product, and program implementations with a focus on stakeholder engagement. Inspire and engage teams to foster self-organization, peer accountability, and continuous improvement. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably within healthcare or health plan insurance. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively. Strong risk management, scheduling, and budget oversight skills.
