Shipping Coordinator We are seeking a reliable and organized Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily packing and shipping operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are packed securely, shipped on time, and processed accurately according to company procedures.Responsibilities Direct workflow within the shipping department to meet daily shipping goalsEnsure packaging quality meets company standardsMaintain packaging material inventoryPrepare and organize shipping documentation including packing slips, labels, and bills of ladingCoordinate UPS, FedEx, and freight shipmentsPerform ERP transactions accurately according to company proceduresCompare freight costs to ensure safe and cost-effective deliveryWork with freight carriers to resolve damage claimsQualifications High school diploma requiredStrong communication and organizational skillsStrong computer skills requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and liftingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyAbility to work in warehouse and manufacturing environmentsMust follow PPE and safety requirementsCompany Profile Selux Corporation has a successful track record of tremendous growth and sustainability as a world-wide manufacturer of architecturally designed luminaries, nestled right here in the Hudson Valley.
