Senior Salesforce Developer

JCW is partnering with a leading financial institution seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments. This individual will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while supporting complex integrations, automation initiatives, and compliance-driven technology operations within a highly regulated environment.This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce development, platform administration, DevOps, and enterprise integration, working closely with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, architects, and third-party vendors to deliver reliable and well-governed solutions aligned with organizational standards and change management processes.This role operates on a hybrid schedule out of Chicago, IL.Key Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and Development experience, with strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSLStrong experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, ETL tools, and AppExchange products within enterprise environmentsProven experience managing Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, validation rules, sandbox management, and data integrity controlsHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, Agile Scrum methodologies, and deployment management across sandbox and production environmentsStrong understanding of Salesforce Flow automation, unit testing, object-oriented programming concepts, and enterprise system architecture best practicesExperience supporting integrations with third-party platforms such as Azure AD/B2C, ServiceNow, SharePoint, DocuSign, CVENT, and ERP systemsStrong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery, along with familiarity with tools such as Visual Studio Code or EclipseIf this sounds like you feel free to apply!
