The RN will work in a fast-paced pediatric setting and must be confident handling a variety of clinical situations, especially during night shifts where independent decision-making is critical. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients (infants to adolescents) Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) License BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification Minimum 2 years of RN experience (3 years preferred) Strong pediatric experience required
