You will own the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and client engagement.Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role owns the strategy, development, and execution of TouchCare’s event program as a core marketing and growth channel. This role is responsible for bringing the TouchCare brand to life through high-impact virtual and in-person experiences that drive engagement, generate pipeline, and strengthen relationships with brokers, employers, partners, and members. This individual will build and execute both TouchCare-owned and partner-driven events from concept through completion—owning content direction, audience strategy, logistics, and performance. They will work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution, while maintaining full ownership of timelines, deliverables, and results.This is a unique opportunity to get a front-row seat at a high-growth startup. You will work alongside experienced operators in a B2B environment on a mission-driven product—and play a key role in building a scalable events strategy that supports company growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategy, planning, and execution of TouchCare’s event portfolio (virtual and in-person), including both owned and partner-driven eventsConceptualize and build TouchCare-owned events from the ground up, including:Event themes and content directionTarget audience definition (brokers, employers, members, partners)Format selection (webinars, panels, roundtables, in-person events)Develop event plans aligned with marketing and growth goals (lead generation, engagement, brand awareness)Manage all event logistics (hotels, venues, restaurants), including timelines, vendors, platforms, run-of-show, and day-of coordinationOwn end-to-end execution of events from planning through post-event follow-upCoordinate with internal teams (content, design, ops) to develop and deliver all event materials (emails, landing pages, decks, promotional assets)Own all deadlines, submissions, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholdersIdentify, recruit, and secure speakers, panelists, and guests aligned with event goalsPrepare and brief speakers to ensure high-quality, cohesive content and deliveryManage relationships with partners involved in co-hosted or sponsored eventsPartner with marketing to drive event promotion across channels (email, social, partnerships)Define target audiences and support registration strategy and messagingOwn post-event follow-up strategy in partnership with lifecycle and revenue operations teamsTrack and report on event performance, including:Attendance and registration ratesLeads generatedConversion to pipeline/opportunitiesEngagement metricsEvent costs and ROIAnalyze results and provide recommendations to improve future events and overall impactManage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentIDEAL CANDIDATE5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event management (B2B preferred)Experience planning and executing both virtual and in-person events corporate eventsStrong project management and organizational skills with attention to detailExperience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partnersAbility to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines effectivelyStrong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholdersData-driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI and performanceComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience in healthcare, benefits, or HR tech is a plusWhat We ValueWe strongly believe in the value of growing a diverse team and encourage people of all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, abilities, and sexual orientations to apply.We value high performing, creative individuals who are excited to dig into problems and opportunities.
