We're the inventory management system and B2B marketplace the industry runs on: dealers track inventory, send memos and invoices, build custom catalogs, and source and sell high-end watches at wholesale prices — all in one platform, backed by a powerful mobile app. They can list a watch once and post it across external marketplaces in a few clicks, and we're building AI deeper into the product every month. It's a massive, relationship-driven market that great software has barely touched — and we're the ones touching it.We're looking for a Lead Engineer to take the reins of our engineering team and own how we build.This is a leadership role first. You'll set the technical direction, run the development process, and raise the bar on how the team ships — while staying hands-on in the codebase where it counts.
