Job Title: Auto Lending SMELocation: RemoteRate: Open as per market standardType: ContractRequired Skills & Experience:15 plus years in Auto Lending operations, Domain expertise:End to End understanding of Auto Lending processes, Value stream, journeyStrong knowledge of auto lending data flows, controls, and operational metrics.Experience & Knowledge of various Auto Lending Channels - Dealer (Indirect), Direct to ConsumerExperience with digital lending modernization & Transformation initiatives.Industry expertise and Advisory experience & Strategy supportExposure to LOS/LMS platforms (Defi, RouteOne, Dealertrack, FIS, Client, proprietary systems).Familiarity with TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, state level auto lending rules.Understanding of workflow redesign, automation, and AI enabled processes.Need to support industry education sessions, AI enablement discussions, and executive level presentations.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
