Sales Development Coordinator
Job Description
Position Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Coordinator to identify, engage, and onboard live-selling creators across platforms such as TikTok Live and Whatnot. This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition by building relationships with sellers and distributing product samples that convert into long-term business partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential sellers on TikTok Live and Whatnot who align with our brand and product linesConduct outbound outreach via direct messages, email, and platform engagementQualify creators based on audience, engagement, and sales potentialCoordinate and manage the distribution of sample boxes to prospective partnersMaintain organized tracking of outreach efforts, responses, and sample shipmentsFollow up with recipients to encourage product testing and onboardingCollaborate with internal sales/marketing teams to convert engaged creators into active customersTrack performance and report on conversions generated from outreach effortsCompensation:Base Pay: $18/hourPerformance Bonus: Additional compensation awarded for each new customer successfully onboarded as a result of outreach and sample distribution
