Janitorial Area Manager- Full Time- 1st ShiftLicking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.I-70 Interstate Rest Stop Areas and various sites throughout – Licking & Muskingum Counties$250.00 Signing Bonus!Pay: $ 21.50Schedule: Monday-FridayHours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Must be flexible to work nights and weekends when necessary)Benefits:Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance11 Paid HolidaysPaid VacationJob growth potentialJob Duties:Supervise, train, direct and assist Goodwill EmployeesEnsure security and proper use of company assetsComply with company policies, procedures, safety practices, and enforce laws and regulationsPrepare and manage all employee cleaning schedules, training and performance evaluationsEnsure all janitorial supplies and equipment are ordered in a timely mannerOversee payroll, FMLAMaintain regular customer communication and respond to concerns and service requestsMaintain accurate records, log notes, employee files, reports and correspondence as requiredFill in during staff absences to ensure all cleaning requirements are metAll other duties as assignedExperience Required:Must have supervisory experienceHave strong communication, leadership and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, make independent decisions, and maintain confidentialityHave knowledge of computers and keeping daily reportsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAll other duties as assignedBasic Requirements:You must be at least 21 years oldMust have Diploma or GEDHave a valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (Will be driving company car) All training provided for use of special equipmentPass background check and drug screeningMust be able to work outside in various weather conditions (Snow removal and lawn care required)2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilitiesBending, walking, squatting, stooping, lift 50 poundsStand for 2 hours with break
