Home Matters Caregiving wants to be the most valuable partner to our caregivers and clients in a competitive landscape.We offer same day/next day interviews and a fast onboarding process!QUALIFICATIONS:Must be State Certified. Will be verified with the AZ CGFM Registry.Must be at least 18 years of agePreferred to have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior populationMust have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform dutiesRESPONSIBILITIES:Execute client care plans and document daily activitiesAssist clients with activities of daily livingProvide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeepingProvide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionshipREQUIREMENTS:Certified Caregiver - Must be State Certified. Will be verified with the AZ CGFM Registry.Experience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior careNegative drug screen, cleared background screening and work-related references as part of the onboarding processNegative TB test completed in last 12 monthsBLS/CPR/First Aid certificationsReliable TransportationWORKING ENVIRONMENT:Client homesSkilled, Independent and Assisted Living CommunitiesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movementsAble to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingersAble to talk, hear and seePhysically and mentally able to drive a vehicleCOMPENSATION:Job Type: Full-time/Part-timePay: Starting at $18/hr, depending on experienceBenefits: Access to Earned Pay On-DemandPaid OrientationsPay CardsPaid Sick Leave (up to 40 hours annual)Holiday Premium Pay (working on approved holiday)Referral BonusGPS time and attendance technology enhances access to scheduling and client care information
