You will be responsible for managing the flow, accuracy, and availability of materials, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.This is a straight permanant position.Key ResponsibilitiesGoods In & DeliveriesReceive and check deliveries against purchase ordersInspect goods for damage or discrepanciesAccurately book materials into the ERP systemStock Control & StorageStore and organise materials with clear identificationMaintain a clean, safe, and organised stores areaMonitor stock levels and report shortages or excessInventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records within ERP systemsCarry out cycle counts and stock takesInvestigate and resolve discrepanciesProduce stock reports as requiredProduction SupportPick, kit, and issue materials in line with production schedulesEnsure materials are available ahead of manufacturingLiaise with production and planning teamsContinuous Improvement & ComplianceIdentify improvements to stock processesSupport lean manufacturing initiativesEnsure health & safety standards are followedAssist with audits when requiredRequirementsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentExperience using ERP or stock control systemsGood IT skills, including Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasksGood communication skills across departmentsForklift licence (desirable, not essential)ApplyIf you feel this role is a good fit for your experience, please apply with your CV.
