Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Insurance Producer to generate new business and grow our client portfolio. This role is focused on prospecting, building strong relationships, identifying coverage needs, and closing new accounts across personal and/or commercial lines. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, and confident in developing leads through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, consistent pipeline management, and a passion for winning new business.
