Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Master Social Worker, located in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. The social worker will maintain detailed documentation, offer client advocacy, and stay informed about current best practices in mental health care to provide optimal support to clients. Qualifications Skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapyExperience in client advocacy and interdisciplinary collaborationStrong communication, organization, and documentation skillsKnowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and practicesAdvanced problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesMaster's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited programActive licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)Experience in mental health or community-based practices is preferred
