When you join KeHE, you’re becoming part of a team that is a force for good.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Fleet Coordinator is responsible for duties associated with keeping the fleet compliant, organized, and audit-ready always. Work closely with vendors, drivers, supervisors, and Transportation Manager.Essential FunctionsCoordinating pickup/drop-off of equipment to and from vendorsEnsure all equipment has up-to-date licenses, registrations, compliance forms and stickersCoordinate preventative maintenance with vendors by deadlinesEquipping equipment with telematic unitsManaging HOS compliance through telematic systemsHolding vendors accountable for timely repairs through collaboration and communicationUpholding driver compliance and safetyOrganizing and entering documents compliant-sensitive informationPerform clerical assistance as neededSort, file, fax, copy and/or distribute paperworkMust maintain good attendance. Maintain safe work practices. Maintain safeguards of confidential company information. Other duties and special projects as requested. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeHigh School Diploma or GED required. Previous fleet management and knowledge of DOT regulations functions preferred. Must be proficient with MS Office. Strong data-entry with high rate of accuracy preferred. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:Excellent communication, grammar, verbal and writing skills. Must be resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision. Above average telephone skills with experience focusing on customer satisfaction (internal and external). High energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, and flexible.
