Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with warm leads.Understanding Client Needs: Listen actively to identify goals, pain points, and recommend the right health and wellness solutions.Closing Deals: Guide potential clients through the decision-making process, overcome objections, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Building Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with prospective clients while maintaining professionalism and care.Staying Ahead of the Game: Keep up with the latest in functional medicine, Elevate MD services, and industry trends.Tracking & Optimizing Performance: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track conversions, and continually improve your approach.Inside Sales RequirementsA Sales Rockstar – Persuasive, competitive, and goal-driven.A Natural Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone presence.A Wellness Enthusiast – Passion for health, wellness, or medical sales preferred.A Self-Starter – Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads at once.A Team Player – Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused.Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or medical sales preferred.Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills.Average Annual Earnings: $70,000–$150,000BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offEmployee discounts on servicesFlexible scheduleGrowth and advancement opportunities401k matchShifts8 or 10-hour shifts (based on availability)Monday through Friday, some weekends (based on availability)In-person (Cincinnati, OH)Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearCommision payPerformance bonusesAbility to Commute:Cincinnati, OH 45236 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:Cincinnati, OH 45236: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
