Manufacturing Assembler We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Technicians to join our substrates department, specializing in the production of electronic boards for the medical industry. You will be operating various machines within a clean room environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.ResponsibilitiesMeet daily assembly and build targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.Assemble products using specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to correctly produce, assemble, and test medical devices.Assist with testing and final packaging stages of wafers built by operators.Handle materials including refilling supplies, checking out/in pastes, and paste measurement.Retrieve items from the Axapta pickling list.Perform thickness measurements, screen measurements, and viscosity measurements.Essential SkillsExperience as a machine operator in a clean room environment.Familiarity with medical device assembly and inspection.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Capability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma.1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical environment.No chemical allergies and willingness to work with chemicals and solvents.Ability to conform to clean room practices regarding apparel and personal hygiene.Work EnvironmentWork in a modern facility within a clean room environment. The role requires wearing booties, a smock, hair net/beard net, and gloves. The team-oriented environment focuses on quality, offering a structured and supportive setting. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of New Brighton, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr.
