Maintenance Tech
In order to support the growing needs of CROSSINGSCARE CENTER, our management team is looking to fill a Maintenance Tech position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and management of all facility operations and equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. This position requires excellent time management skills and a commitment to building relationships with regular and new customers.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks.
Diagnose and repair problems with building systems.
Analyze building systems to determine need for maintenance projects.
Must be HVAC Certified and Licensed
Experience with Chillers is a Plus
Previous Healthcare Experience Required
