JOB Title : Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: RemoteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with strong domain knowledge in Lead to Opportunity and hands-on UAT experience. The ideal candidate will be SFDC Admin certified and comfortable working across cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met and processes are optimized.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements in the Lead to Opportunity domain.Manage and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.Provide Salesforce platform expertise and ensure best practices in process design.Work closely with Admins/Developers to validate solutions.Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements and user adoption. Required Skills & QualificationsSalesforce Admin certification (mandatory).Strong UAT experience across Salesforce projects.Proven experience in Lead to Opportunity processes.Experience with Clari is highly desirable.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
