Job DetailsDescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Driver Recruiter to join our growing logistics team in Greenville, SC. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified CDL drivers to support our transportation operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the urgency of driver staffing, and is passionate about building strong pipelines of top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and networkingConduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate driver qualifications, experience, and cultural fitManage full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing → screening → offer → onboardingEnsure compliance with DOT regulations, background checks, and driver qualification filesPartner with operations and fleet leadership to understand hiring needs and timelinesMaintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metricsCoordinate orientation schedules and onboarding for new hiresAttend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiativesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive driver candidatesQualifications2+ years of recruiting experience in logistics or transportationStrong understanding of CDL requirements and DOT compliance standardsExperience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms (Indeed, etc.)Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple openings and meet hiring deadlinesSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetBenefitsCompetitive salary based on expierenceMedical, Dental, Vision insurance after 90 days of employment401K/ProfitSharing retirement plansPerformance reviews after 90 days of employment, 6 months and then annuallyDiscretionary quarterly bonusesPaid time offCareer growth opportunities within a growing organizationAt The Cox Group, safety and people come first.
