Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lessons across subjects such as literacy, math, and social-emotional skills. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Help facilitate classroom routines, including snack time, nap times, and transitions between activities. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to early childhood education. Contribute to creating an inclusive space that supports children’s emotional well-being and developmental milestones. Requirements Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
