Retail Sales Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Consultant, based in Lebanon, OR. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide personalized solutions, demonstrating product knowledge to drive sales, and fostering a positive in-store experience. Other daily responsibilities include maintaining store standards, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Experience in providing exceptional Customer Experience and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to address inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.Basic understanding of wireless technology and products is a plus.
