Inside Sales Executive

This role is perfect for anindividual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to make an impact.This is a hunter role, but also includes a dynamic and ever-growing lead generation system.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sales, business development, andentrepreneurship who can effectively drive growth and expansion of the City Lifestyle brands.Key Responsibilities:● Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential prospects through various outreach strategies, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.● Consultative Selling: Engage with potential prospects, conduct needs assessments, and tailor presentations to highlight our organization and how our offerings can fit their needs, goals and values.● Pipeline Management: Manage and track all leads and prospects in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and effective progression through the sales process.● Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of City Lifestyle, passionately representing our business values and mission to prospects, networking events, and industry conferences.Qualifications:● Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in business development roles. Background in consultative or high-ticket sales is a plus.● Proven Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.● Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.● CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to track and manage leads effectively.What We Offer:● The opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing luxury media brand.● This role has an amazing comp plan with unlimited income potential, including base salary, monthly commissions and a significant quarterly bonus.
