Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team with a commitment of 36 hours per week, working three days including weekdays, weekends, Holidays and being available for call requirements. This role is pivotal in ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after medical procedures.Key Responsibilities:As part of our medical team, you will assist with pre-procedure education, ensuring that patients understand the process and feel prepared. You will also take on the crucial role of scrubbing in and assisting physicians during various procedures. A significant aspect of your job will involve performing arterial and venous sheath removal, utilizing both closure devices and manual pressure techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Qualifications:Candidates should have an RCIS or Radiologic Technologist certification, with a preference for those having at least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting. However, we are open to training enthusiastic candidates who are committed to learning.
