BUiLT Design located in Everett Washington, is an Industrial Design firm focused on retail environment, retail display, and product design. We offer client design and fabrication services anchored with the leading brands in the outdoor/action sports industry.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the President / Founder. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Manage executives' calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings
- Coordinate travel
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with document management using Office 365
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
- Support office management functions as needed
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Competency in general office tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
