Job Description: (Attached) Working Calendar: 261 Days/ 8.0 Hours Salary Schedule: 1B Grade 2 (attached) Salary Pay Range: $16.13 - $19.24 (hourly) Per board approved salary placement rules Scope Of ResponsibilitiesProvides efficient, quality cleaning (housekeeping) tasks in District buildings following established practices, standards, and methods under the direction of the supervisor. Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or G.E.D Ability to perform basic commercial cleaning (housekeeping) tasks in schools and office buildings Ability to use/operate commercial cleaning equipment Effective Communication Skills Desirable QualificationsExperience in a diverse workplace Internal candidates At this time, bids on this custodial opening are being accepted from presently employed custodians, sub-custodians, and JCPS employees with the required housekeeping training.
