Superintendent – New Installation & ModernizationLunova Group is partnering with a leading service and construction organization to identify an experienced Superintendent to lead installation and modernization projects in the York, PA area. This role oversees field operations, manages crews and subcontractors, drives project schedules, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.We're interested in speaking with candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including commercial construction, HVAC, mechanical contracting, building systems, industrial construction, and elevator modernization/installation.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise field employees and subcontractors across multiple projectsPlan manpower, schedules, and project execution activitiesConduct regular jobsite visits focused on safety, quality, and productivityManage project progress, budgets, and customer expectationsCoordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractor activitiesReview and approve change orders and project documentationBuild strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholdersIdentify and resolve project challenges to keep work on scheduleQualifications:5+ years of experience in a Superintendent, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar field roleExperience managing commercial construction, mechanical, HVAC, industrial, or modernization projectsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with project scheduling and project management toolsIf you're a construction or mechanical industry professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role with a stable and growing company, we'd love to hear from you!
