This is a fast-paced airport environment where exceptional service and safety are top priorities.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanorAssist passengers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed)Safely transport passengers throughout airport locations as requestedProvide general information and directions to passengersDeliver exceptional customer service to passengers, staff, and the general publicCoordinate with dispatch and airline gate agents for passenger assistance assignmentsComply with all TSA checkpoint screening requirements and proceduresComplete incident reports for accidents or unusual occurrencesUpdate and maintain wheelchair logs to track passenger tripsPerform other duties as assignedAvailable Shifts (8-hour shifts)8:00 AM - 4:30 PM10:00 AM - 6:30 PM12:00 PM - 7:30 PM2:00 PM - 9:30 PM5:00 PM - Last Flight (may vary between 12:00 AM - 2:00 AM)What We're Looking ForStrong customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced airport environmentDependability and strong work ethicWillingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and late nightsFor international candidates, must be able to successfully pass a Department of Homeland Security background check APPLY TODAY - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE
