Project Manager Senior Civil Transportation Engineer

As a Senior Engineer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects, leading teams, and driving engineering solutions. Responsibilities include:Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projectsManaging project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful deliveryProviding technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staffPreparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimatesCoordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project successConducting construction oversight and administration as neededLeading business development efforts, including proposal writing and client engagementProject Types:You will lead and manage a variety of projects, including:Transportation clients including DOT's, Federal Highways, Forest Service, Department of Defense, Counties, Cities, Railroads, and Private.Roads & HighwaysBridges & CulvertsIntersections and RoundaboutsTraffic Impact StudiesRailroadYou may also have the opportunity to manager other civil projects including:Water Distribution and Sewer Collection SystemsStormwater InfrastructureWater and Wastewater Treatment SystemsSubdivision Land DevelopmentCommercial Site DesignFederal Government FacilitiesWhat We're Looking For:We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have:B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited universityProfessional Engineer (PE) license required10+ years of experience in civil transportation engineeringProven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teamsStrong client relationship management and business development experienceAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on scheduleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience living or working in Montana is a plusRelocation assistance is available
