This role offers an opportunity to apply your leadership skills and clinical proficiency in a rewarding setting dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.Pay: $2,240 WeeklyShift: 7am - 3:30pmRequired Skills:Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience in a hospital or similar settingProficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applicationsEffective verbal and written communication skills for clear professional interactionStrong organizational and time management capabilitiesAbility to assess patient learning needs and implement appropriate educational strategiesDemonstrated leadership in delegating and managing multidisciplinary team resourcesKnowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practicesAbility to adapt communication and care approaches for diverse patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., Critical Care, Nephrology)Other Requirements:Current RN license in the state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart AssociationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart AssociationPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart AssociationAbility to perform heavy physical tasks, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 25 pounds frequentlyExperience working with patients in critical or acute care settingsMust be able to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materialsMust adhere to safety protocols and occupational health standards, including proper handling of hazardous materialsWhy Choose Medical Edge?Medical Edge offers a robust support system dedicated to your success.
