Jered LLC, a PAR Systems company and leader in engineered solutions for naval and maritime systems, is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to support the production of mission-critical military and commercial marine equipment.In this role, you'll lead and coordinate the daily activities of skilled craftsmen across manufacturing operations while serving as a key link between Production, Quality, Engineering, Materials, and Production Control. You'll help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, schedule, and customer requirements while supporting employee development and operational excellence.Success CriteriaSuccess in this role requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to balance safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives.
