Salary StatementEstimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr. - USD $139,950.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.DescriptionDelivering training programs and courses to Marines and their staffsProviding instruction on Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) systems and operational tacticsConducting hands-on training and assessmentsReviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodologyCoordinating with the academics officer and curriculum review boards to keep training synchronized with MAGTF-level logistics C2 doctrineEnsuring instruction aligns with current fleet requirements and integrates MLS2 and related logistics C2 toolsReviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodologyServing as primary subject matter expert (SME) for all logistics C2 systems taught within the courseConducting and evaluating practical exercises replicating real-world logistics C2 operationsLiaising with fleet units, program managers, and Marine Corps Logistics representatives to ensure course content reflects current fielded systemsProviding input to manpower planning, billet requirements, and system acquisition efforts as they relate to logistics C2 trainingFILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD#LI-TF1RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related discipline or formal DoD trainingSuccessful completion of a military or commercial basic instructor course such as Marine Corps Center for Learning and Faculty Development (CLFD) "Facilitating Learning Experience Course" (FLEX), CLFD Designing Learning Experience Course (DLEX), Basic Instructor Course (BIC), a college certification course, or an equivalent alternative course10+ years of experience providing formal Period of Instructions (POIs) and supporting Logistics C2 training events5+ years of experience providing POI on Logistics C2 software, hardware, systems, and applicationsExpert level knowledge utilizing and providing PoIs on MLS2 and other USMC LogisticsDemonstrated experience creating and maintaining POIs, lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercisesIn-depth understanding of MAGTF-level Logistics doctrineExperience analyzing the effectiveness of training programs and operational plansExperience with Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education (ISD/SAT-E) methodologiesUnderstanding of Marine Corps Service Level Training Exercise Program (SLTE-P) standards and objectivesDemonstrated experience with O365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to obtain CompTIA Security+Possess a current DoD Secret security clearanceDesired Skills5+ years of experience supporting MAGTF Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT) and/or MAGTF Integrated Systems Training Centers (MISTCs)Active duty USMC experience with USMC Logistics C2 systems and equipmentPossess a current CompTIA Security+ certificationPossess a current Microsoft Office Specialist Master certificationClearance InformationSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVELTravel Requirements* SomeAbout UsScientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
