Laundry Attendant

Hourly Rate: $20/hourStatus: Part time or full time, seasonalSummaryThe laundry attendant will be responsible for monitoring and washing all laundry around the property.This position will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in laundry whilemeeting delivery requirements.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesLaundry:Maintain a minimum inventory of linen for all residences, restaurants, and locker roomsProvide assistance to the cleaning department. The requirements for residences and facilitiesMonitor inventory of towels / clothes and cleaning products (including housekeeping amenitiesfor residences)Regularly check the Clubhouse locker rooms and remove / replace dirty laundry when necessary. Regular check-in of women's locker room amenitiesContact with guests:Maintain a respectful, friendly and helpful attitude when you meet or greet any member ormember guestAssist when needed at arrivals / departures and any other guest needsGeneral:Manage workflow in an effective, productive and organized wayAble to do multiple tasks at the same timeRegular and reliable attendanceIncorporate safety practices and rules when you are doing your jobMaintains professional standards within Juniper Preserve that include but are not limited to:appearance, interaction with members, associates, club guests, and verbal discussions and writtencorrespondence. Does not discuss work-related problems with members and guests.Maintains a positive and flexible attitude to take on new and different tasks as assigned by thehousekeeping manager, executive housekeeper or supervisors.QualificationsRequiredIn order to accomplish this job satisfactorily, the individual must be able to do each of these essentialareas satisfactorily. Reasonable arrangements can be made for an individual with disabilities to exercisethese functions.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read and understand written and oral instructions. 2 or more years of housekeeping experience is a plus
