Role Description The Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining accurate client documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The counselor/social worker will also provide crisis intervention and assist with referrals to community resources when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Green Valley, AZ, or our outlying clinics. Qualifications Proven experience in individual, group, and family therapySkills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planningKnowledge of mental health counseling and social work practicesStrong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and community organizationsProficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client documentationMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related fieldActive state licensure as an LPC or LCSW in ArizonaExperience in providing culturally sensitive care, particularly in rural or underserved areas, is an advantageAbility to handle crisis situations effectivelyFamiliarity with relevant healthcare technology and documentation systems
