Summary/Objective The role of a Baker performs everything in the process and baking of pita bread for Sara's Market & Bakery brand. Duties and ResponsibilitiesWeigh, measure, mix, bake following Sara's Market & Bakery recipeEnsure temperatures inside building are optimal for proofing and baking doughSupervise Pita Line team members while they are packaging, train and mentor as neededResponsible for supply and ingredient ordersEnsure quality and freshness of product and communicate any issues to Store Leadership.Inspect and maintain pita line to ensure it is working properly.Follow and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations, including Weights and Measures, FDA, health and sanitation, Department of Labor, ADA, HAACP, OSHA and safe work practices.Ensure that Team Members operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.Leadership may assign other duties, not listed here.
