Human Resources Generalist - Korean Bilingual
Company OverviewThe Company is a global manufacturer and supplier of electrical equipment and products, is looking to establish its presence in the North American market under its own brand name.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and talent management. This role will serve as a critical link between our U.S. operations and our global headquarters.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profilesProactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channelsCoordinate and schedule interviews; facilitate feedback collection and hiring decisionsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processManage offer process, including compensation alignment, offer letters, and negotiationsTrack and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring effectivenessLead and perform daily, weekly, and monthly HR administrative functionsConduct new hire orientation and deliver a smooth onboarding experienceAdminister compensation activities including offer letters, promotions, and salary reviewsOversee employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, etc.Serve as the site point of contact for benefits and payroll inquiriesProvide HR policy guidance and act as liaison to HQ HRSupport employee relations and advise on policy interpretation and resolutionPartner with leadership for succession planning and talent developmentMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulationsOperate and update HR systems and policies, including evaluations and pay structureGenerate reports to meet internal and external reporting requirementsLead implementation of talent management systems and governanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field2+ years of relevant HR experienceKnowledge of federal, state, and local labor lawsStrong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentialityExceptional customer service mindsetHR software experience preferred (e.g., ADP, Oracle ERP, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
