You'll play a key role in shaping technology direction, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing user and customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership & AdvisoryBuild strong relationships with business leaders to understand operational processes and strategic goalsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve outcomes through technologyProvide strategic recommendations to guide digital transformation initiativesTechnology Roadmap & PlanningDefine and influence long-term technology roadmapsEnsure IT initiatives align with broader organizational objectivesGuide prioritization of enhancements, system upgrades, and new solutionsCross-Functional CollaborationAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teamsFacilitate alignment across departments and drive consensus on prioritiesLead discussions to identify process improvements and innovation opportunitiesCommunication & Value DeliveryTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly languageDefine success metrics and communicate the value of technology investmentsSupport leadership in making informed, data-driven decisionsTechnical Translation & Solution OversightConvert business needs into high-level technical requirements (e.g., epics, solution concepts)Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with requirementsProvide guidance on resolving complex system or legacy challengesData-Driven StrategyCollaborate with data teams to leverage insights for strategic decision-makingBuild business cases to support new technology initiativesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in IT, including roles such as Business Relationship Manager, Product Manager, or IT ConsultantStrong understanding of technology strategy and high-level solution architectureProven ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teamsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational alignmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience in public sector or highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance, healthcare)BRMP certification or similarBackground in enterprise systems, compliance-driven environments, or digital transformation initiatives
