Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Located near Methuen, MA, this opportunity focuses on providing essential OT services to PreK and high school students, including those with social-emotional, behavioral needs, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The position runs from July 6, 2026, through August 13, 2026, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (22 hours per week).Desired Qualifications:Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license (required)Previous experience in school-based occupational therapyComfortable providing support to PreK students with social-emotional and behavioral needs, as well as elementary and secondary students with ASDAbility to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, families, and multidisciplinary teamsStrong organizational, communication, and documentation skillsProfessional, compassionate, and adaptable to meet student needsPrimary Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive OT assessments for assigned studentsDevelop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needsDeliver direct and consultative OT services for PreK through high school ASD programsParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal developmentMaintain detailed and timely documentation of progress and services renderedConsult with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom settingsFoster a supportive, inclusive environment to optimize student outcomesEmbrace the opportunity to enrich students' lives while gaining valuable experience in a supportive school community.
