We are Middleton Meyers!As a Maintenance Technician you will take the wheel performing hands-on maintenance including overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of apartments and other interior/exterior areas in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal individual should ensure completion of assigned maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction.What You'll Do:Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner including preventative maintenanceProvide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendorsIdentify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs in the community and correct them or report them to the Maintenance SupervisorPrepare vacant apartments for move-in, including completing any necessary repairs or replacementsEnsure upkeep of community appearance including but not limited to replacing lightbulbs, removing trash and litter, painting, performing repairs, and moreMaintain overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shopsAssist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, distribution of notices, apartment inspections, and other tasks as neededWhat You'll Need:At least 2 years experience as multifamily Maintenance TechnicianEPA and CPO is preferredBilingual (Spanish) is preferredMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsMust be willing to work in extreme weather such as heat, cold, rain, snow/iceAbility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as well as maintaining emergency on call rotationReal Page/Onesite experience preferredExperience with Multi-Family properties is a plusMust successfully pass a drug and background checkMust have valid Driver's LicenseThe Perks:The ability to work for a 2024/2025 Great Place to Work certified companyCompetitive compensation packagesMedical, Dental, Vision insurance benefits401(k) with up to 4% employer matchPaid time off, sick pay, and 3 floating holiday'sBirthday off (paid) after 1 year of serviceMiddleton Meyers is a fully integrated multifamily services provider.
