Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations across a variety of manufacturing and industrial facilities in the Sioux Falls area. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to safety and equipment reliability.Pay Range: $25$35 per hour (based on experience and certifications)Hours: 6am4:30pm (MFr)Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsPerform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsRespond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate maintenance records and logsEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsCollaborate with production teams to improve equipment performanceAssist with installation and commissioning of new machineryWork Environment:Indoor industrial and manufacturing settingsFast-paced, hands-on environmentExposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperaturesUse of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment requiredSkills:35 years of industrial maintenance experience preferredStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read schematics and troubleshoot PLCs is a plusWelding and fabrication experience a bonusExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
