Unarmed Security Guard

Job Summary: As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises, protecting property and assets, responding to alarms, enforcing company policies, and providing assistance to customers and employees. Duties: - Regularly patrol and monitor premises to ensure a safe environment - Maintain a visible presence to protect property and assets - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems - Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances - Enforce company policies and procedures effectively - Control access points and verify identification of individuals - Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure protocols are followed - Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities - Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as required Skills: - Experience in security or related field preferred - Knowledge of first aid, CPR, conflict management, and law enforcement procedures - Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and loss prevention strategies - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently - Strong observation and communication skills - Possession of relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., security guard license) This job description is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned as needed.
