A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner to provide nationwide title services and support real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess the legal condition and insurability of commercial or industrial property titles Prepares accurate title commitments in line with company procedures Works under general supervision, managing individual workload and performing additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
