We also believe money can be a force for positive impact, helping clients align their wealth with the world they want to help create.We are committed to delivering an exceptional, high-touch client experience while continuously improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency.To learn more about our firm, visit Pearl Wealth.Impact of This RoleThis role is designed to support the Financial Advisor in optimizing multiple aspects of the business, including operations, client service, financial planning, investment research, and strategic growth initiatives.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, technologically capable, and able to independently move projects forward while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.We strive to deliver an elegantly simple, responsive, and deeply personalized client experience, leveraging technology and scalable systems to support growth while preserving service quality.Key Responsibilities· Enhance and implement scalable systems to optimize business operations and workflow efficiency · Help deliver a high-touch, five-star client experience utilizing technology and strong follow-through · Assist with financial planning analysis, investment research, and client preparation work · Prepare client communications, presentation materials, reports, and meeting summaries · Document and track client action items and ongoing financial planning priorities · Help ensure important projects, deadlines, and client follow-ups do not fall through the cracks · Collaborate on firm strategy, operational improvements, and long-term growth initiatives · Assist with special projects and operational problem-solving as the firm evolves Qualifications· 3+ years of experience in financial services preferred, though we are open to strong candidates with transferable skills and alignment with our values · Bachelor’s degree required · CFP® certification (or progress toward certification) preferred · Series 65 or 66 is a plus but not required · Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset · Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through · Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid work environment · Strong judgment, professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality · Comfortable learning and utilizing financial technology platforms · Experience with project management, operations, or process improvement is a plus Technology We UseSchwab Advisor Center, Advyzon, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, Microsoft 365, Jump.ai, Adobe, and PowerPoint.We are committed to leveraging thoughtful, cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.Compensation & Structure· Approximately 15-20 hours per week to start, with potential for growth over time based on mutual interest and business needs · 90-day initial contract period, with opportunity for longer-term engagement · Hybrid work structure with approximately one in-office collaboration day per week · 1099 contractor arrangement initially with potential for W2· Competitive compensation: approximately $35-$75/hour depending on experience and qualifications · Professional development support may be available for the right candidate, including CFP® coursework and continuing education How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, cover letter, and responses to the pre-screening questions below to planning@pearlwealth.net.Please include: “Paraplanner & Operations Associate Application - [Your Name]” in the subject line.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
