Microstrategy Developer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy development experience, including schema design, dossiers, reports, dashboards, metrics, filters, prompts, and troubleshootingAdvanced SQL experience with ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot complex queries against large datasetsExperience with relational or cloud data platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Teradata, or similar technologiesStrong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, facts, dimensions, and aggregated reporting structuresAbility to analyze requirements, identify data dependencies, clarify assumptions, and communicate technical options to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and verbal communication skills; Agile/Scrum experience preferred
