Estimator 📍 Burlington, NJ (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)💰 Up to $130,000 (DOE)A well-established commercial construction firm is looking to add an Estimator to its growing preconstruction team, based in the Burlington, NJ area.This is a long-term opportunity with a company delivering a wide range of projects across retail, warehouse, industrial, and tenant fit-out sectors, with values ranging from $200K to $25M+.The RoleYou’ll be part of a collaborative preconstruction team, responsible for delivering accurate and competitive estimates from early-stage budgeting through to GMP.ResponsibilitiesPrepare conceptual, schematic, and GMP-level estimatesReview drawings, specifications, and bid documentsManage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope alignmentIdentify cost risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunitiesSupport buyout and preconstruction planningWork closely with project managers, field teams, and leadershipWhat They’re Looking ForExperience estimating commercial construction projectsBackground in retail, warehouse, light industrial, or site-heavy projects preferredStrong understanding of trade scopes and subcontractor pricingStable work history (longevity is highly valued)Local to the Burlington, NJ area or able to commute dailyAbility to hit the ground running (some onboarding support provided)Why Join?Strong pipeline of repeat and national clientsProjects ranging from fit-outs to large ground-up developmentsHands-on, accessible leadership teamClear focus on internal progression and long-term careers
