About the Role - This entry-level wealth management role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in financial services while learning from a collaborative, high-performing team. The Client Service Associate focuses on execution, follow-ups, and paperwork - freeing up Senior Client Associates and Advisors to focus on higher-level client needs.
This role is especially well-suited for career changers (teachers, educators, former athletes, or professionals from other industries) who are organized, proactive, and service minded.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Handle client paperwork, forms, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Manage follow-ups, task tracking, and internal coordination to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Support Senior Client Associates with day-to-day operational and administrative work
Assist with meeting preparation, document organization, and post-meeting follow-up
Maintain clean, accurate client records in firm systems
Communicate professionally with internal team members and, over time, with clients as appropriate
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively ask questions to learn and improve
