LPN / RN Resource Nurse

This full-time nursing position is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the care floor, ensuring quality resident care, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. The role involves coordinating staff schedules, supporting clinical practices, assisting with admissions, discharges, and treatments, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The nurse acts as a leader, promoting collaboration, providing mentorship, and managing resident plans of care. Key duties include monitoring unit safety, conducting resident care audits, and supporting customer service goals through effective communication with residents, families, and staff. The position requires an active Montana RN/LPN license, CPR certification, at least two years of long-term care experience, and physical ability to perform various tasks. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and involves working 12-hour shifts with opportunities for additional hours.
