LPN / RN Resource Nurse

This full-time nursing position is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the care floor, ensuring quality resident care, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. The role involves coordinating staff schedules, supporting clinical practices, assisting with admissions, discharges, and treatments, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
